Admitted as a practising lawyer in Australia in 1978.
Admitted to the Roll of Solicitors in England & Wales in 1992.
Since 1995, he has been providing immigration advice in relation to all permanent and temporary visas to Australia.
Phillip is an active member of the Global Migration Section of AILA (American Immigration Lawyers Association).
Phillip provides advice on all aspects of business and skilled migration, including preparing submissions for appeals to Review Tribunals and the Federal Courts. He was admitted on the Roll of Solicitors the High Court of Australia in 1978.
He has been a regular author and tutor for various providers of Immigration Law courses including the University of New South Wales and the Migration Institute of Australia and has presented papers at numerous immigration law seminars and conferences.
Over the last 15 years Phillip has been and he continues to be a regular participant in Department of Immigration stakeholder consultations, immigration law committees of the Law Society of New South Wales and of the Law Council of Australia.
Phillip is a Fellow of the Migration Institute of Australia as well as being a Notary Public.
